Full and Final Settlements
These arrangements are for people who have had a debt problem but for whatever reason now have access to funds to repay accounts.
We negotiate on your behalf to see if it is possible for your creditors to accept lower payments in full and final settlement of the account. Due to the instability in the financial markets many companies are open to these proposals.
Example
If you had 20k of unsecured debt and you were in a position to raise for example 10k, we may be able to negotiate with your creditors to accept this amount in settlement of the debt. Any remaining balances would either be written off or not purued by your creditors. If you do have access to funds then there are significant savings to be made.
